I found gravel, and the gravel community, seven years ago. I have never once been asked my time or if I thought I was "good enough" to do whatever the course offered.

It is that sense of community that inspired me to give back. For that reason, I founded two gravel teams in 2024. Sisu is a women+ team. The clothing company, Champion Systems, is owned by a woman. The team is owned and managed by a woman. Both Susan and I feel strongly that we can bring an empowering motion to others through this team.
